First time I was put in front of photographer to make a press-foto for a new record was back in 1975. Since then I have released more than 30 records/cds and do not have the numbers of photografers I have worked with.
To work with Mark Groeneveld was working with an artist. He has visions in his head and have made the best fotos of me and my band ever. A picture is not only a picture. A picture is a story, even sometimes a fairytale. And when its good it tells much more than words. When its good it´s like a song, a piece of music.
Young dutchman photographer Mark Groeneveld is world class.

Sophisticated Moths Fall – Winter 2010 – 2011

Moths are known for being mystical, untouchable

insects of the night. Rianne de Witte uses the

various elements of these surreal creatures to

create surreal prints which lend the collection an

atmosphere of mystery, all the while giving it a

playful and whimsical touch. The collection is

visually influenced by nostalgic elements from

art-deco and eastern folklore. Created from

organic, round and pleated forms, combined with

straight lines. Together with its colours and prints,

this collection evokes a romantic, mystical and

above all, sophisticated look.
